Holladay Grace Roofing was recently featured by DaVinci Roofscapes in an article titled, “Hail-Damaged Buildings Get New Composite Slate Roofs“. In the summer of 2018, chunks of hail rained down on Colorado Springs, Colorado. People watched in disbelief as their homes, cars and landscaping were completely destroyed by hail damage. “Baseball-sized hail came down for 20 minutes straight,” says Mike Wilhelm, President of Holladay Grace Roofing. “I’ve never seen anything like it.”
The exterior on the duplexes and quadplexes in the Colorado Springs community were completely destroyed. Windows, garage doors, fences and landscaping needed repair. The first priority was replacing the damaged concrete roofs. The Holladay Grace Roofing team was brought in to handle the restoration efforts on the 32 buildings within the Enclave at Broadmoor Glen Homeowners Association (HOA).
